Specifies the Fits Embedded Function (FEF) file whose contents will be
displayed with FEFPLOT.
sherpa> FEFFILE "<filename>[<virtual_file_syntax>]"
where <virtual_file_syntax> is an optional filtering and/or binning
command argument. Note that, whenever <virtual_file_syntax> is
specified, <filename><virtual_file_syntax> must be surrounded by
quotes, " ".
