Request that region descriptions be applied to the displayed image
ds9_put_regions( filename [, handle] )
ds9_put_regions( string_array [, handle ] )
Transmits a set of region descriptions, from the specified file or string array, to DS9 for application on the current image frame.
File names may need to include a relative or absolute directory path, if the referenced file is located in a directory other than the one from which DS9 was launched.
