Restores a plot with all attributes.
chips> RESTORE <filename>
The <filename> is a file previously created with the ChIPS STORE command and may contain a directory path.
chips> RESTORE myplot.chp
The plot saved in the myplot.chp is restored. See the STORE command for an example of how the plot was saved.
