save_pha

Context: saving

Synopsis

Save a Sherpa data set to a PHA file.

Syntax

save_pha( [id,] filename [, clobber=False])

Description

The save_pha command saves a dataset to a PHA file.


Examples

Example 1

sherpa> save_pha("data.pha")

Save dataset 1 as a PHA file named "data.pha".

Example 2

sherpa> save_pha("src", "source.pha")

Dataset "src" is written to the file "source.pha".
