Matching CIAO and CALDB VersionsCIAO 4.1 requires CALDB 4.1 to operate properly. CALDB 4.1 should not be used unless you are running CIAO 4.1. Are your versions mismatched? Update CIAO and CALDB! 25 Jun 2009 The merge_all script will produce incorrect results if one (or more) of the observations was done with an offset. For details and a workaround, refer to the merge_all bugs page. 12 Jun 2009 Download issue on Mac OS X 10.5.7 Intel Multiple users have reported that they are unable to download the CIAO tarfiles on Mac OS X Intel 10.5.7 from the Safari browser (v3.2.3 and v4). If you have existing scripts or save files from CIAO 3, submit them to us via the CXC Helpdesk and we will provide the CIAO 4 equivalent. Please be sure to tell us if you are working in S-Lang or Python, and place the relevant data files on the FTP (FTP Instructions).
