display_minor_ticks

Context: axes

Synopsis

Displays the minor tickmarks for the specified axis or axes.

Syntax

display_minor_ticks()
display_minor_ticks(id)

Description

The function arguments.

Argument Description
id A ChipsId structure identifying the item, or a string containing the name of the object.

The display_minor_ticks command displays the minor tickmarks of one or more axes which were hidden with the hide_minor_ticks command.


Example

chips> add_axis(XY_AXIS, 0.5, 1, 10)
chips> hide_minor_ticks()
chips> display_minor_ticks("ax1")

Create a pair of axes. The tickmarks on both axes are hidden, then the ones on "ax1" are displayed again.
