Changes to How To Raytrace ADithered Observation

• Add text indicating that SAOTrace can now read MARX generated aspect solutions files.

1. Don't depend upon the pointing direction in the aspect solutions file; use the event file instead
2. MARX 5.0.0 sets event time stamps in the range [TSTART,TSTOP], read from the aspect solution file. Update example to reflect this
3. Add new tstart parameter for trace-nest and ensure that MARX is passed a TStart parameter for forwards compatibility when MARX uses its TStart parameter with SAOTrace dithered rays
