mkrmf with unusual energy grid  (12 Oct 2006)

Using an unconventional energy grid in mkrmf, e.g. axis1="energy=1:1.01:0.005", can cause the tool to fail with an error such as: 

ATTEN: A number of 30 fef grid(s) are removed at its lower end (631, "eff_grids.cc").
# mkrmf (CIAO):
ERROR: End of FeF Grids array (644, "eff_grids.cc").
