Poster Presentations

Maximum size for posters is 4 feet wide x 4 feet long.

Push pins will be provided, though we encourage everyone to bring his/her own. Do not remove push pins from the poster board edges; else, the display board will separate from the framework and come crashing down.

Posters may be displayed as early as 4:00 p.m. on July 7. A poster locator board on the second floor in the atrium foyer and corresponding labels on poster boards will identify where each poster is to be displayed.

To save your poster, you must remove it before the afternoon session begins on July 10. Any remaining posters will be removed and discarded after 2:00 p.m.
