Sixth in a series, this "12-Years of Science with Chandra" symposium will consist of poster sessions to which you are invited to contribute to, and six 1.5 hour sessions of invited talks which we urge all of you to attend. The Symposium will take place as a Meeting in a Meeting (MiM) within the May 2011 American Astronomical Society's 218-th Meeting (http://aas.org/meetings/aas218).
