Dinner Reception, Registration, and Poster & Exhibit Viewing

Monday, 21 September at 7:00 p.m. EDT

Registration will be open on Monday evening for attendees to pick up badges, abstract book, and gifts. Everyone is invited to join the Science Organizing Committee at a dinner reception in the World Trade Center Atrium lobby. The reception is included in the registration fee.

Reception and Poster & Exhibit Viewing

Tuesday, 22 September at 6:00 p.m. EDT

A second reception is offered on Tuesday evening to accompany poster and exhibit viewing. The reception is included in the registration fee.

Theater Events at the Charles Playhouse

Canceled: Due to insufficient interest, we have had to cancel the Wednesday night theater event.

Spirit of Boston Lunch Cruise

Thursday, September 24 from 12:30-5:00 p.m. EDT

A lunchtime cruise aboard the Spirit of Boston with ports of call at the Charlestown Navy Yard (home to the USS Constitution and the USS Cassin Young) and Rowes Wharf (just minutes to the Faneuil Hall Marketplace).

One ticket is included in the registration fee; guest tickets are available for $50 each. This event is not suitable for children under 6 years old.
