Properties of Convex-Hull Sources in CSC 2.1
Convex-hull sources - representing large, or irregular, X-ray sources that are much larger than the Chandra PSF - should be considered an alpha release. Only a small-number of the properties calculated for compact sources - given in the master source table - are calculated for convex-hull sources. The Convex-Hull pipeline page outlines the steps taken in calculating the properties and the following table lists these columns:
