CalDB 4.5.5.1 Public Release Notes

I. INTRODUCTION
CalDB patch version 4.5.5.1 is an upgrade to the Chandra CalDB, which includes the following item:
- ACIS QEU N0007, N0005B header corrections

It has been pointed out that the above files, released in CalDB 4.5.5, Dec 13, 2012, lack the TELESCOP keyword in all the HDUs. Hence, with CalDB 4.5.5.1, all these are being corrected to have TELESCOP = CHANDRA in the headers. In all, there are 10 HDU's per file, and 12 files in all, therefore 120 headers have been changed. The ACIS branch index file has been regenerated so that the TELESCOP column value for these 120 listings are all set to CHANDRA, as they should be.
