Registration fees include: 3 breakfasts, 2 luncheons, 2 receptions, Symposium dinner and attraction, plus all breaks, and internet services (wired and wireless) in the Symposium areas.

You will be assessed late registration fees if payment in full is not received by the 16 September deadline, 23:59:59 EDT.
Students: please submit a letter from the department chair indicating that you are currently enrolled and therefore qualify for the reduced registration rate. The letter may be sent either by email or post; contact information is located in the blue site navigation bar.
Visa Information: if you will need a letter of invitation in order to obtain a Visa to attend the symposium, please let us know as soon as possible by email (chandra8@head.cfa.harvard.edu). Be sure to include your mailing address with the request; note that the address cannot be a P.O. box since the letters are sent via FedEx.
Cancellation Policy: There will be a $50 processing fee for all cancellations prior to 23:59:59 EDT 16 September and no refunds thereafter.
Symposium Dinner
On Wednesday, 24 October, there is a symposium dinner at the Huntsville Museum of Art. Included in this event is a private viewing of the museum's special exhibit, The Red Clay Survey, which is described on the museum's coming exhibitions page.).
All attendees receive a ticket for this event as part of the symposium registration. If you would like to bring your family or other guests to the dinner and exhibit, the ticket prices are:
