Poster Presentations and Microtalks

POSTERS: Posterboards are 4x4ft. Posters should be mounted between 800am and 830am on Tuesday, and must be removed before lunch 2pm Thursday. Poster spots will be numbered in alphabetical order and an index posted, so that you can see where to place your poster when you arrive. We encourage you to include a photo of yourself somewhere on the poster so people can track you down and harangue you.

MICROTALKS: The Microtalk session on Tuesday afternoon allows poster presenters the option of taking 1 minute to tell everybody about your poster and your project science. The 1 minute maximum will be enforced by software, so it is wise to time your presentation beforehand. No PPT projector will be available, but we encourage you to display one key figure as an overhead transparency, together with your oral abstrct, haiku, limerick and/or gesticulations. We will ASSUME that you will be presenting a Microtalk, and will call your name in alphabetical order. Please tell us in advance if you prefer NOT to present a Microtalk.
