ACA Operations and Ground Aspect Solution

• All hardware subsystems required for post-facto celestial location are functioning well:

  • ACA is tracking stars down to 10.9 mag.
  • Occasional loss of fid light due to strong ionizing radiation events striking readout window background pixels.
  • FLCA and fid lights are functioning per spec.
  • FTS (periscope) is stable (though see below).

• FOT is performing final testing of Star Viewer, which is a Matlab tool toperform ACA star selection and serve as the prototype/testbed for new SSA requirements.

• Several improvements to ACA load review tools, in particular the useof high-fidelity estimates of maneuver errors for checking star catalogs.
