Selecting a different instrument not cached
Most actions in Obsvis are cached until the Apply Changes is selected; however, selecting a different instrument will immediately be updated in the GUI. This can undo other pending changes.

Bugs fixed in CIAO 4.18
The following is a list of bugs that were fixed in the CIAO 4.18 software release.
Obsvis cannot access the SAO Digital Sky Server(DSS)
Due to a CfA web server configuration change, DS9 v8.6 is no longer able to connect to SAO's digital sky server. This then means that Obsvis cannot access SAO DSS site. Users will get a pop up error box with the following error: "An internal error has been detected SSL channel "sock#######": error sslv3 alert handshake failure" (where "#####" is a hexadecimal value).
Obsvis can still access other DSS sites by editing their preferences. From the Obsvis window, go to Edit, then Preferences. Select Image Display from the left hand panel, and then set the Survey to STSci-DSS I/II.
