• CfP will be issued by CXC

• CXC will organize & carry out EPO peer review

• EPO Guidelines issued in Cycle 5 POG

• Assumption at this point is that major elements will

• remain the same as Cycle 4 (ie individual & institutional,

• funding ceilings, etc.)

• Proposals will address NASA/OSS EPO criteria as released/

• updated by NASA HQ

• Proposals will be submitted through CXC proposal ingest

• software instead of NASA
