Examples

In this section, a few examples of the of the application of the HETGS pileup model as implemented by the isis spectral modeling program are presented. In order of increasing flux (per frame), these include:

• A September 2000 observation of X1543-62 by Lorella Angelini (obsid_702).
• The August 2001 observation of GX340+0 by Natale Robba (obsid_1921).
• The April 2000 observation of GRS 1915+105 by Julia Lee (obsid_660).
• The July 2000 observation of GX 5-1 by Alan Levine (obsid_716).
• An observation of Cygnus X-1 by Claude Canizares from October of 1999 (obsid_107).
