A schematic view of our analysis procedure is shown in Figure 4. The science CCD frames and bias maps were processed using event detection and analysis software similar to that used during the laboratory calibration at MIT. (Level 1 telemetry event lists were analyzed for several off-axis measurements whose HST data became corrupted.) The event detection software used an event threshold of 50 ADU and a split threshold of 20 ADU. K. Glotfelty's lipn and filter_lipn software packages were used to combine the event lists for each test into images and pulse height spectra.
