Mar 20 , 2006 Email ------------------- Pass starting at 080:03:45Z came up with SCS107 run -- appears to have run at 01:32Z -- RADMON disable was scheduled for 02:20Z Suspect cause was E1300 trigger due to false high reading under EPHIN 27V-rail current-limited condition -- need dump data to confirm this. Current attitude is good for a couple of days until a momentum limit Current plan is to pickup near rad-zone exit - obtained earlier start to comm 080:19:25-22:50Z. We will miss the Venus pathfinder observation planned for 080:11:30-12:30Z In replan we need to consider possible changes to "2nd" Venus pathfinder observation. I've examined the EPHIN data from the time of last night's SCS-107 run. I believe that SCS-107 was activated due to high E1300 counts from the fringe of the radiation zone, similar to occurrences that we have experienced in the past. The high counts might have been exacerbated by the 27V-rail current-limit but I don't think that this was the main cause for high counts. (Michael Juda---- juda@head.chfa.harvard.edu) Mar 21, 2006 Email ------------------ A total of 10.25 ks of scheduled on-target time was lost due to the SCS 107 run at 080:01:32. This was due to ending obsid 6904 2.25 ks early by the shutdown, and deleting the 8 ks obsid 6747 because of thermal considerations. (Dan Schwartz ---- das@head.cfa.harvard.edu)
