SCS 107 was triggered by high EPHIN rates, apparently as soon
as RADMON was enabled, at about 275:06:40 after exiting radiation
belts. We changed OBSID to 1900 and maneuvered to the correct target
location, but LETG grating was not inserted, and SIM focus was not
adjusted for the HRC-S position.
