EIA commanding is addressed to the test block of EEPROM, which calls each slice in the EIA to be exercised by setting one relay per slice (i.e., setting one latching relay from both Latching Command relay slices, and one momentary relay from both Momentary Command relay slices). Two test initialization signals, both Latching commands, gate-off the watchdog timer pulse and cause the sequencer to time- out as it would in response to an actual missing timer pulse. Once triggered, the sequencer issues commands to reset all of the relays initially set by the ground. [563B] | 246/1728z | Diagnostic Dumps of the CPE Perform routine dumps to verify CPE state of health. These dumps are executed to examine CPE warm start count, error log and last CPE reset time. Radiation (Solar Activity): Solar activity is expected to be low with a chance for M-class flares and a slight chance for an X-class flare on days one and two (04 Sep, 05 Sep) and expected to be low with a chance for M-class flares on day three (06 Sep). Radiation (Geophysical Activity): The geomagnetic field is expected to be at quiet to unsettled levels on day one (04 Sep), quiet to active levels on day two (05 Sep) and quiet to minor storm levels on day three (06 Sep). Protons greater than 10 Mev have a slight chance of crossing threshold on days one and two (04 Sep, 05 Sep). MP: No issues. ENG: No issues. GOT: No issues.
