ACIS Operations
Instrument continues to function nominally, no new problems to report.
Have executed a test of the new "charge-injection" technique in realtime, (the charge injection technique is intended to improve our knowledge of the effects of CTI on low energy X-rays which are not provided by the external cal source).
Have followed up the realtime execution of the charge injection technique with an execution through the stored command load. We are in the process of planning future executions in the stored command load in which we vary the amount of charge injected.
Continue development of new ACIS configurations (SIMODEs/PBs) to support GO, GTO, & CAL observations.
Developed new SW to facilitate the ACIS review process when there are schedule interruptions.
Hosting an ACIS calibration session at the HEA meeting.
