LR script documentation
  - Introduction:
The LR script is a perl script which collects the backstop tar
files and creates the new directory for the loadreview. It
then runs the acis-backstop review. The script also verifies which version of the ACIS tables were used to generate the backstop products and executes saa_checker.pl to check for observations with bad solar angles..

 - Execution dependancies:
Requires the user to be on the HEAD LAN and is run on the
command line. Also requires a user account on "lucky.harvard.edu" to ftp the
backstop products.
