Radiation Low Commands - SCS #86

Description:

This command sequence is a place-holder in case at some time in the future we wish to autonomously do something to the HRC once the high particle radiation environment has cleared (this might be to only re-enable the MCP HV ramp-up SCSs).

Cautions/Restrictions:

This sequence must remain empty until the HRC science team has approved some action.
