CORRECTIONS FOR TIME-DEPENDENT ACIS GAIN

ACIS calibration group has developed an algorithm for correcting slow gain changes in the ACIS CCDs I0-I3, S2, and S3. For details, please see this www page. This correction will be implemented inside acis_process_events in a future release of CIAO. In the meantime, the equivalent software and calibration data are available on the Chandra software exchange page.
