Can I display an axis in descending order?

The reverse_axes command reverses the direction one or both axes is displayed. Using the command again will restore the original display direction.

Note that axis limits are still given in minimum then maximum order, no matter how the axis is currently being displayed, and that even logarithmically-scaled axes can be reversed.

The ChIPS GUI

The ChIPS GUI makes it easy to modify a visualization using your mouse, rather than Python functions. The GUI can also be used to add annotations - such as labels, lines, points and regions - and to zoom or pan into plots.
