Bug Fix: specifying energies

The problems with monochromatic energy inputs have been fixed in the ChaRT update released in July 2009. It is no longer necessary to create an empty file in order to specify an energy; the value may simply be entered in the field on the ChaRT webpage.

Bugs

• Users may have problems when uploading a spectrum file from a Windows machine. There are operating system incompatibilities with directory paths (use of "\" vs "/") and newline characters.

• The input spectrum file for ChaRT must not have extra carriage returns in it. This is only a problem for spectrum files that have been edited by hand; most users will not encounter this.
