Chandra Budget and Funding Information

A Cost Proposal consists of: a cover page with information about the PI and his/her institution, a page giving the amount required and how it will be spent, a one-page budget justification, and a list of current and pending support. For details, please see Cost Proposal Instructions.

A Cost Proposal should be submitted through RPS using the same procedure as for observing proposals: RPS submission of the cover page and cost page, postscript-file upload of justification and support pages is required. Hardcopy must also be submitted. The deadline for Cycle 9 Cost Proposal submission is September 13, 2007.

Cost Proposals for support of observations accomplished with Director's Discretionary Time are to be submitted in the same way as other GO Cost Proposals and are due after the observation is accomplished.
