The workshop will cover two and a half days of science sessions, starting on Wednesday morning and ending on Friday at lunchtime; there will be no parallel sessions. There are two types of oral presentations (invited and contributed) as well as poster presentations. Posters will remain on display throughout the workshop. The meeting will have coffee breaks with refreshments in the poster room to allow browsing and interactions with the poster authors.
The registration deadline will be announced soon.
International visitors who present an oral talk, poster, or an exhibit and whose country does not participate in the U.S. Visa Waiver Program may request a letter of participation from firstname.lastname@example.org for a B1 Visa for Business in a timely manner. When requesting a letter of participation, please provide presentation information and full contact information (telephone and mailing address).
Others who do not meet the above criteria but need a visa for entry may apply for the same Visitor Visa except it will be for the Visa for Tourism-Pleasure (B2 Visa). No support letter from the LOC is required.
