These files will be distributed with the next CALDB public release, but are not of immediate interest to CIAO users, as they do not affect CIAO threads. I. Summary of Changes HRC-I bad pixel, Version 2 Filename: hrciD1999-07-22badpixN0002.fits Directory: $CALDB/data/chandra/hrc/bcf/badpix/ A new hot pixel has appeared near the south-west edge of the HRC-I. It first appeared in OBSID 1964 and it persists. A new row of data has been entered into the bad pixel file, including the new pixel location and its effective date and time. The pipeline tool "hrc_build_badpix" will flag events detected at that location for deletion in Level 2 processing. Technical Details: The new bad pixel is effective as of TT= 131567556.0sec = 2002-03-03T18:32:36 The description of it is rectangular with [RAWX],[RAWY] = [14520 14531],[7495 7506] The new specification appears as a sixth line in the binary table extension of the new CALDB file.
