Item 1. CIAO 3.0.1 Patch Released - 16 September 2003
        =============================================

++ The CIAO 3.0.1 patch (requiring CIAO3.0 installed) is now available 
to download from:

http://cxc.harvard.edu/ciao/download_ciao_reg.html

The CIAO 3.0.1 patch includes some important bug fixes to the Data Model 
library and Sherpa. Read the patch release notes 
(http://cxc.harvard.edu/ciao/releasenotes/) for full details.

++ If you have never installed CIAO3.0 in your system, you should 
download the "full" CIAO3.0.1 installation which includes CIAO3.0 and 
the patch.

++ Everything is also accessible on the European mirror site at:

http://chandra.ledas.ac.uk/ciao/download_ciao_reg.html
