=====================================================================

We are pleased to announce a new workshop dedicated to recent results
from Chandra and XMM-Newton and addressing the present and future role
of triggering.

"X-ray Binaries in the Chandra and XMM-Newton Era (with an emphasis on
Targets of Opportunity)"

Workshop goals:
------------------------------
* To identify the scientific topics of greatest interest, and to
  explore directions for this field as the Chandra and XMM-Newton
  missions mature.

* To articulate the present and future role of triggering in this
  field.

* To review progress in the study of X-ray binaries with Chandra and
  XMM-Newton.

* To facilitate dialogue between observers, theorists, and observatory
  personnel.
